What makes TriDerma different?

We create products out of a desire to bring healing to our customers and have done so for over two decades. Our products are made using only the finest quality, most effective ingredients. Each and every product contains organic Aloe Vera and other maximum strength natural botanicals that help heal specific skin irritations without the use of cortisone, steroids or parabens.

Where can I purchase TriDerma products?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently we ship everywhere outside the U.S. with the exception of Mexico and the U.K.

Please use the below steps for a successful checkout:

1.      Choose ‘International Shipping’ from the shipping method options – this is a flat rate $30.00 shipping fee.

2.      Checkout via ‘PayPal’ – if you do not have a U.S. method of payment. 

3.      Checkout via ‘Credit Card’ – if you have a U.S. method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.).

How long should I use a product before I see results?

Everyone is different and therefore the time to see results will vary person to person.  For best results, we recommend using most products twice a day.  For hard-to-heal skin irritations, you can use the cream throughout the day as often as possible. Since there is no cortisone or steroids in our products, they are safe to use as often as necessary.

Can I use other products with TriDerma products?

Yes, of course you can.  We recommend putting the TriDerma cream on first so it is closest to your skin.  Then you can apply other products on top.

Are TriDerma products tested on animals?

No, we have never, and will never test any products on animals. You will find a cruelty-free symbol on our product boxes and labels.

Are your products gluten-free?

Please check your label carefully before use if you have a gluten sensitivity.  We do use Colloidal Oatmeal in some of the products for its soothing properties.

Which product is best to use on my pet's skin problem?

Intense Fast Healing Cream® is the ideal product to help heal hot spots, rashes, cuts, scrapes or burns. Our dogs love this and will lie down when they see the tube.  Apply a generous portion over the affected area. It doesn't need to be rubbed in all the way. A good tip is to apply the cream where needed, then keep the pet occupied for a bit so they don't lick the cream off the irritated area. It is safe if the pet licks it, but you want the cream left on the skin in order for it to work. Over the years, customers report using this cream on their dogs, cats, pigs and horses. After all, they have skin too.

What is the shelf life of TriDerma products?

Each product is coded with a lot number and expiration date either on the box, lid or crimped on the end of the tube.  Most of the products have an average shelf life of 2 years.  

What is the return policy?

We realize everyone is different and we feel you shouldn't have to pay for a product that doesn't work for you.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of your order and we will either replace, exchange or refund your purchase upon receipt of your returned product.  If you have a product that you would like to return, please call Customer Service at (800) 279-7282.
