I am an extreme diabetic with dry cracking skin on feet and legs. This is the only product that keeps my skin from cracking, and pealing off my feet. It is best used in the morning and before bed. Maybe able to get by with once a day in the morning after shower, but depends on your skin condition. I have tried all the others and they are a wast of money.

This product started working right away. I have tried many other products to heal cracks and areas that are tender and rough. This cream heals and takes away the tenderness. I use it every night.

My husband is a diabetic and has trouble with his feet splitting and be painful. But since getting your product he has had no more trouble, so I gave it a try for my very dry feet. No more snagged hose. thank you.
